Competitor -- Accounting without CRM/ERP? Does it work

They have a hosted solution -- so the value is the same i.e. being able to have accountants seeing financials from anywhere etc. However, the features list needs to be examined, as with the update method -- how do they keep across tax changes etc.

I would want to know how many developers they have in maintaining this software and how can they maintain it with so little income. In other words, without a large company like Oracle supporting it, can they guarantee they will be there in six months time?
